Sampling under harsh conditions of high temperature and high dust

The mobile high-temperature gas analysis system is designed and developed for gas sampling and analysis of rotary kilns in cement plants. It is used for the measurement of CO, O₂, NO and other gases in cement kiln tail smoke chambers, cement kiln tail decomposition furnaces and other high-temperature and high-dust conditions. It solves the problem of sampling under harsh conditions of high temperature and high dust.

Dry sampling
It can continuously measure multiple components. Compared with the previous generation product, the measurement is accurate, reliable and stable, and has strong anti-interference ability.
Using circulating oil cooling technology
The sampling temperature can reach 1400°C, which avoids the deposition and corrosion of substances with relatively high melting and boiling points, and reduces system maintenance and failure rates.
Various safety protection measures to ensure safe use of equipment
The probe can exit automatically and is equipped with both electric and pneumatic drive modes to self-clean dust deposits.
The probe rod adopts an oval design
Improve the mechanical strength and stability of the probe.
