SDL attended CIOAE 2023 and became the first director of the Online Analytical Instrument Branch of China Instrument Manufacturer Association

On March 8, 2023, the 15th International Forum for China Online Analytical Instrument Application and Development Expo (CIOAE 2023) opened grandly in Qingdao, Shandong.

SDL made a wonderful appearance with new technologies and new products such as portable gas analyzers (can be used for pollutant and carbon emission monitoring), GC500 chromatographic analyzers (can be used for trace gas monitoring in process analysis and other fields), and traffic pollution tracking system. Based on the theme of "Synergy of Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction", SDL showed the greenhouse gas monitoring solution and corporate carbon account management system, attracting a large number of experts, scholars and users in the field of ecological environment to visit the SDL booth.

On March 7, the founding conference of the Online Analytical Instrument Branch of China Instrument Manufacturer Association was held. Beijing SDL Technology Co., Ltd. was appointed as the first council member of the Online Analytical Instrument Branch, and Gao Wu, chief engineer of SDL, was appointed as the vice chairman of the council. The establishment of the branch aims to promote the development of China's online analytical instrument industry, and improve the technical level of online analytical instrument production and application.

On March 9, Dr. Zhang Qianxuan of SDL introduced and shared the intelligent carbon emission online monitoring and measurement system at the special forum of “Carbon Monitoring and Carbon Emission Online Detection Technology”. Under the policy of the transition from macro-scale "carbon accounting" to precise "carbon measurement", Dr. Zhang Qianxuan analyzed that compared with the accounting method, the direct measurement method of carbon emissions has the advantages that data cannot be tampered with, and the traceability process is relatively simple. She also introduced SDL’s carbon emission monitoring system and carbon emission measurement system based on the direct measurement method.
